Logistics company Komora-S - a partner of RETAIL INDUSTRY FORUM 2011

Logistics Company Komora-S was the Partner of the eighth annual International Retail Industry Forum'11 held on October 27-28th in Kiev. The Forum was held under the slogan "Fighting for the consumer," the main topics of the Forum were in particular "Main trends in Ukrainian retail", "Tools to attract the consumer," "Retail business management in current conditions", etc.

Leading specialist of Komora-S Ermek Omurzakov was the speaker of the Forum who brought up the topic "The role of logistics in increasing the sales made from square meter of retail space". The speech was prepared and announced together with our esteemed Partners - members of COLIN `S top management team.

In the report the speaker focused on innovative methods to increase the profit per square meter by the use of logistics tools, cost management and cost cutting by the example of optimization programs developed for COLIN`S. The presentation was held as interactive game, the speakers gave real examples and replied to counterarguments, the audience with a keen interest participated in the discussion.
