What is the pricing structure and how is it applied?
We use customized approach; service pricing is based on usage and volume. To determine volumes of works and their pricing we assign a customer service person to study the state and volume of documents to be archived.
Does Komora have any limitation in space which can be proposed for archival storage?
Komora-S can provide all the storage space that a Client may require and much more. We have three separate warehouse buildings in Kiev and Kiev region.
How can Komora safeguard the information which is stored in its premises and guarantee their confidentiality in the process of data relocation?
Our premises are equipped with security alarm system, video surveillance and fire-alarm systems.
During records relocation our transport is sealed, warehouses has special zone to accept trucks to ensure safe handling of incoming records.
Will the client have possibility to control paper records and media after their hand-over to Komora management?
Yes. If a Client chooses to have Komora maintain control its records in their warehouses, we will take responsibility to update a Client continually on the status of its inventory. A Client will choose itself required details of information exchange. If a Client chooses to control its records database through own PC, we will provide all necessary information.
How can a Client decide if documents should be made available electronically or left as paper?
A number of things should be considered:
• Do you access them frequently?
• Doest it take extra time to retrieve them?
• Are your file cabinets and boxes becoming harder to work with?
• Do you have many records that you must keep long-term and still need to access?

What storage options does Komora offer for imaged documents?
A Client can store the images on its own computer system. We propose dedicated programs to store and search records or virtual web-storage of records. Web-storage allows for unlimited growth and assists a Client the utmost in flexibility, and assists in the dissemination of data.
Documents of a Client contain confidential information and a Client do not want anyone to have access to them. How can Komora safeguard this information?
All the features of records storage and search programs as well as web-storage can be turned on or off based on the user. Each user has very specific user rights and access levels. Each user name determines and limits what that user actually can access. You simply turn off any feature you are not comfortable having available to your employees.
What should a Client do with its documents after they have been scanned?
This is entirely in Client’s control, and each of our customers has different needs and criteria. Because scanned documents are considered “legal” many of our clients take full advantage of our complete range of services and have us destroy their paper documents at the end of the lifecycle. Komora-S NEVER destroys anything without written authorization of a Client.
What kind of software will a Client need for web access to its documents?
The only thing a Client will need is Internet access and a recent version of Explorer or any other browser.
Documents of a Client meant to be scanned cannot leave Client’s facility. Can Komora manager come to Client’s facility and do services over there? Yes, it is possible. We can scan at Client’s site and transmit images to our facility for processing or we can perform the entire operation at Client’s facility.
How can a Client be sure the information is kept secure and confidential until it is destroyed?
As a safeguard, shredding receptacles/cabinets are never unlocked until we are ready to destroy the contents. Prior to the destruction process, all items to be destroyed (boxes of records, contents of receptacles/cabinets) are kept in a locked, secure area that is monitored by a security system 24-hours a day, 365 days a year.
Komora’s employees undergo mandatory background checks and sign confidentiality agreement, in case of security breach administrative actions will be taken against employees.

Yes. Our storage system and records software are the best in the industry and is continually updated to maintain that leading position. We consider latest achievements in warehouse technologies, equipment and security.
