Customs operations

A set of services on customs registration of cargo being delivered with different vehicles includes:

- organization of vehicle examination while customs registration in the territory of Cargo Delivery Area;

- cargo storage at the warehouse of temporary storage (WTS);

- preparing and registration of cargo customs declarations (CCD);

- preparation and registration of other documents necessary for customs registration;

- consulting services according to existing Customs legislation of Ukraine;

- other services.

While performing customs registration we are trying to bear themselves all the load of relations with the customs service, the only thing demanded from the customer is duly presented documents and customs fee payment.

Customs registration services are guaranteed by a team of qualified customs brokers having a long-term working experience with the customs bodies.

Customs clearance of arriving cargos is fulfilled at the latest within 2 business days.

In the process of customs clearance, we try to undertake all difficulties of relationship with the customs service and the client is only required to provide all documents and pay customs fees timely.

If required, in the process of customs clearance, cargo can be placed at the temporary storage warehouse (TSW) for the period of execution of missing documents or until decision to change the customs regime is made. The TSW is located at the address: 27 Krasnova St., Kyiv 03115, on the territory of the main warehouse complex of LLC Komora-S.

If necessary, possibility exists to divide the commodity batch at the TSW and to fulfill customs clearance of a part of goods as required at the moment (or as accompanied with all documents necessary for customs clearance) while preserving a considerable share of Your working capital.

Besides, other warehouse operations can be performed in the TSW territory:

- loading and unloading work;

- commodity sorting;

- commodity marking;

- batching (consolidating); and

- cargo palletizing.

Required accounts are provided in prescribed format and in established intervals.

As of October 1, 2004, vehicles are inspected for the purposes of customs clearance in the territory of Cargo Delivery Area, which is located at: 27 Krasnova St., Kyiv 03115. This increases prompt decision-making on customs clearance matters considerably, and enhances the level of security and on-line control over cargos in the process of customs clearance.
